Mark Forney has been in the Real Estate, Mortgage, Construction and Finance industries for over 25 years.  Mr. Forney is also a partner with the Gries Investment Funds in Tampa, Florida.  Prior to Novak Forney and Associates, LLC, Mr. Forney was the President of Custom Affordability, Inc., a Real Estate Development Company.  Mr. Forney was also President of Transatlantic Mortgage and Realty Company.  Mr. Forney has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Finance.

Cheryl Guagliardo Delrio

Tampa Native, Ms. Delrio began her real estate career in 1990 working with her mother Angela Guagliardo. She began in general real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers throughout Tampa, with special expertise in luxury homes throughout the greater bay area.Ms. Delrio's knowledge and expertise has allowed her to work through the great recession of 2008-2011developing an excellent foundation and skill set to navigate through the market’s many cycles. Innovative marketing techniques combined with 24 years of experience in the Tampa market, allow for her continued success. Ms. Delrio has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration/ Management.
